ORDER DETAILS 

All product photos are a representation of value, colour, and flowers we aim to supply. We will always choose the best quality available which may impact the overall look of the arrangement delivered. Seasonality and availability may effect exact florals supplied; discretion will be used to select the best possible options. 

If we are unable to find suitable substitutes, we will contact to decide the best options. 

DELIVERY DETAILS

Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays & Saturdays. If you require a delivery outside of these days please send us an email enquiry and we will do our best to accommodate. Extra delivery days apply during special occasions. If delivery is unsuccessful a re-delivery charge will apply. 

All orders will be delivered on the desired date between 11:30am – 4:30pm. If a special delivery time is required please let us know and we will do our best to facilitate – extra fee’s may apply.

Correct details must be supplied, including any possible requirements e.g apartment access or access time.

Weather permitting and if we can find a safe place – the delivery will be left. If you do not wish for the order to be left, please let us know at check out.

Delivery over 50km from Sunbury is currently not available, please email us directly.
